NEW ENGLAND

Fieldpoint Private Bank and Trust of Greenwich, Conn., has hired Robert S. Matthews as its president and chief executive.

Matthews was the head of Citigroup's global wealth advisory services. He also was on the group's asset and liability committee and the board of directors of CitiStreet.

He succeeded Kevin McCabe, Fieldpoint's president and CEO from 2007 to 2008.

Fieldpoint has $345 million of assets.


MIDDLE ATLANTIC

Investors Savings Bank of Short Hills, N.J., has hired Susanne Salzer O'Donohue as its vice president and director of operations for the commercial real estate group.

O'Donohue was a real estate attorney at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer.

Investors Savings Bank has $8.7 billion of assets.


First National Bank of Pennsylvania in Greenville has hired Barry C. Robinson as executive vice president of consumer banking.

Robinson was the executive vice president and managing director of the wealth management division at PNC Financial Services Group Inc., which he joined when it bought his previous employer, National City Bank, in 2008.

First National also promoted Daniel R. Holquist to executive director of retail banking. Holquist was a retail banking executive for the Pittsburgh region and before that was the regional president of two markets. Before joining First National he worked for PNC.

First National has $8.5 billion of assets.


MIDWEST

First Michigan Bank in Troy has hired Thomas P. FitzGibbon Jr. as managing director and integration specialist.

FitzGibbon was a principal of a consulting firm that offered services on Community Reinvestment Act compliance.

First Michigan has $100 million of assets.


SOUTHEAST

Weststar Financial Services Corp. of Asheville, N.C., announced that G. Gordon Greenwood retired June 30 as president and chief executive of the company and its Bank of Asheville.

Greenwood had been the president and CEO of the $224 million-asset Weststar and its subsidiary since 2000. Before that he was a regional market manager at Centura Card Bank (which Royal Bank of Canada bought last year). Earlier he was an officer and senior vice president of First Commercial Bank.

Randall C. Hall will be the interim president and CEO. Hall has been an executive vice president, chief financial officer, secretary and treasurer since 1999. He joined Bank of Asheville in 1997. Before that he was the vice president, CFO, secretary and treasurer of Bank of Granite.


WEST

Cascade Bank of Everett, Wash., has hired Debra L. Johnson as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Johnson has been the interim CFO at the $1.6 billion-asset Cascade since February.

Before that she was executive vice president and CFO of HomeStreet Bank in Seattle.
