MidSouth Bancorp Inc. of Lafayette, La., announced that J. Eustis Corrigan Jr., the chief financial officer for the company and its MidSouth Bank since 2006, will resign Jan. 15 to become a managing director at Postlethwaite & Netterville, a Baton Rouge accounting firm.

Mr. Corrigan will be an adviser to MidSouth "through a date yet to be determined," the company said.

Teri Stelly, a senior vice president and the principal accounting officer and controller, will be the interim principal financial officer for the $915 million-asset MidSouth Bancorp and its bank.


MIDDLE ATLANTICEmclaire Financial Corp. of Emlenton, Pa., has promoted William C. Marsh to president and chief executive officer.

Mr. Marsh will also be chairman of the board for both the $354 million-asset company and the bank. He will remain the president and CEO of its Farmers National Bank of Emlenton, positions he has held since July 2007. He will also remain the chief financial officer and treasurer for both entities; he has held those posts since 2006.
