Wells Fargo & Co. of San Francisco has promoted Kristina Rickert to managing director of insurance operations for its Wells Fargo Insurance Services Inc.
She will be based in Chicago and will report to Deborah Broderick, the executive vice president and operating officer. Ms. Rickert was the managing director of Wells Fargo Insurance Agency of Michigan. Before that she had worked in the business development and customer service departments of Wells Fargo Insurance Services.
MIDDLE ATLANTIC
Popular Inc. of San Juan, Puerto Rico, has promoted David H. Chafey Jr. to president and chief operating officer.
Mr. Chafey will oversee business operations for Banco Popular North America. He will continue to oversee operations for Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, a job he has held since 2004.
He will report to Richard Carrion, Popular's chairman and chief executive officer.
