Executive Changes: B Of A Promotes Tony Tucker To Loan Trading Post In London

Bank of America has promoted Tony Tucker to managing director and head of par and near-par loan trading in its London office.

Mr. Tucker will work with the bank's North American team to expand floating-rate sales and trading operations in Europe.

He will report to John Gregg, head of syndicated finance for Bank of America's Europe, Middle East, and Africa division, and will work with Ed Hamilton, head of global head and near par trading.

Mr. Tucker was a principal and co-head of the bank's European and Asian debt-trading group. He began his career at Bank of America International Ltd. 23 years ago and left 11 years later to work at Continental Bank, which the old BankAmerica Corp. acquired in 1997. NationsBank Corp., of Charlotte, N.C., bought BankAmerica in 1998 and took its name.

MIDWEST

Commerce Bank in Kansas City, Mo., has promoted Russell L. Koos to senior vice president in the retail administration division.Mr. Koos is a retail group manager in charge of the southwest region of the Kansas City market. He joined Commerce Bank and 1972 and has worked in retail administration since 1992.

The bank has also promoted Joe McCaddon to first vice president in the commercial banking division.

Mr. McCaddon is a relationship manager for commercial customers throughout Missouri. He joined Commerce last year.


MIDDLE ATLANTIC

Warburg Dillon Read in New York, the investment banking arm of Switzerland's UBS AG, has hired Mirco Bianchi as global head of its ratings advisory team.He came from Deutsche Bank in New York, where he was in charge of the ratings advisory team. Before joining Deutsche Bank three years ago he worked at Moody's Investors Service.

Mr. Bianchi will work out of Warburg Dillon Read's London office and establish teams in the United States and Asia.
