Fifth Third Bancorp in Cincinnati has hired Gregory "Scott" Palmer to serve as area investment manager in the Greater Chicago region.
Palmer will oversee a team of investment and insurance professionals for the $115 billion-asset bank’s unit, Fifth Third Securities Inc. The team provides financial guidance, investment services, individual retirement strategies, education savings strategies and insurance.
Palmer has 17 years of experience in the investment area and is active in the Bank Insurance & Securities Association’s sales management forum.
