First Fidelity Bancorp. on Monday issued $150 million of subordinated debt through underwriters led by Goldman, Sachs & Co.

The 10-year notes were priced to yield 6.87%, 78 basis points over 10-year U.S. Treasury notes.

The notes were rated Baal by Moody's Investors Service Inc. and BBB by Standard & Poor's Corp.
