First Keystone in Pennsylvania Discloses COO Resignation

The chief operating officer of First Keystone (FKYS) in Berwick, Pa., has resigned.

Kevin Miller resigned on Friday, effective immediately, the $839 million-asset company said in a regulatory filing. The filing did not disclose a reason for the departure, and Matthew Prosseda, First Keystone's president and chief executive, declined to comment.

Miller will be replaced but a successor has not yet been named, Prosseda said.
