Fiserv Inc. has hired a former JPMorgan Chase & Co. treasury services executive to run its investment services division.
The Brookfield, Wis., banking technology vendor said Sean Gallagher will oversee product management, strategy, sales and product development as president of the division.
He will report to Mike Gianoni, the president of Fiserv's financial institutions group.
"Sean's decades of leadership experience and history of yielding strong results will be invaluable as Fiserv executes on its long-term strategy and vision in the investment services industry," Gianoni said in a press release Monday. "I look forward to working closely with Sean as he and the team focus on leveraging technology to deliver growth for our clients."
Gallagher spent 21 years at JPMorgan Chase, most recently as managing director, global segment executive and interim sales executive of treasury services.
