Fiserv Inc. said that one of its five group presidents has resigned.
The Brookfield, Wis., technology company disclosed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Tuesday that it accepted the resignation on July 11 of Michael D. Gantt, the president of its insurance group, to take effect July 27. The filing gave no explanation for the move.
Mr. Gantt was Fiserv's group president of bank systems and was named to the insurance group post in December.
