Florida Bank Returning to Jack Henry Fold

First National Bank of Florida in Milton has agreed to use core banking technology from Jack Henry & Associates Inc., again.

The Monett, Mo., banking technology vendor said First National will shift to its hosted SilverLake core processing software.

First National also plans to use Jack Henry's teller automation, online banking, antifraud, interactive voice response and other applications.

The $392 million-asset community bank previously used a Jack Henry core, but switched to a rival about four years ago (Jack Henry did not name the competitor).

A key benefit of the move is that First National will now deal with a single technology provider.
