Gorham Savings Bank in Maine has joined Cardtronics Inc.'s Allpoint surcharge-free automated teller machine network.
The Houston ATM operator announced the deal last week, its first with a banking company in Maine. Allpoint now has 2,300 machines in New England.
Gorham Savings, a $750 million-asset unit of Gorham Bancorp, has nine branches in the Portland area. It said it joined Allpoint to offer wider, surcharge-free ATM access to customers.
