SAN JOSE, Calif. - Great Western Bank is installing four Aspect Telecommunications call distributors in its Northridge, Calif., corporate center, the manufacturer said.

Beverly Hills-based Great Western, the nation's second-largest thrift, will use the automatic Aspect CallCenter systems to handle customer calls in the tax savings, telemarketing, loan services, and checking services departments.

The first system was installed this month. The contract will bring San Jose-based Aspect $2.2 million.
