HARRIS SAVINGS Bank, Harrisburg, Pa., said Jack W. Shader is retiring as chief executive officer in October.
Mr. Shader will continue as chairman of the board.
He will be succeeded as chief executive officer by William J. McLaughlin, former executive vice president and chief operating officer, who was recently appointed president of the bank.
