Hitachi Consulting, the Dallas business and information technology consulting unit of Hitachi Ltd., has acquired JMN Associates LLC, a San Francisco advisory company for the banking, real estate, and insurance industries.
The purchase was announced last week. Hitachi Consulting did not give a price.
Jim Neckopulos, JMN's founder and chief executive, has been named the managing vice president of Hitachi Consulting's newly formed financial services industry national practice unit, which includes the financial services and payments compliance practices of Dove Consulting.
