HSBC James Capel Names Executive

HSBC James Capel, a division of HSBC Securities Inc., New York, hired two senior vice presidents.

Ed Coleman was named senior vice president and head of U.S. equity domestic sales trading, and Evan Misshula was appointed senior vice president for international convertible securities.

Mr. Coleman had been vice president of U.S. equities sales trading at CS First Boston in New York. Mr. Misshula sold emerging-market convertible bonds to U.S. institutions for Baring Securities in New York.

HSBC Securities is a subsidiary of HSBC Holdings, London.
