Huntington Bancshares Inc. issued $150 million in subordinated notes through underwriters led by Lehman Brothers Inc.

The 10-year notes were priced to yield 8%, 118 basis points above the yield on 10-year U.S. Treasury notes.

The issue by the Columbus, Ohio-based banking company is rated Baal by Moody's and BBB-plus by Standard & Poor's.
