Hypercom Inc., the Phoenix-based point of sale terminal manufacturer, has appointed two executives to posts in which they will oversee processor relations and multilane product development.
Kathy Crumley, as director of national processor relations, will be responsible for all certification and software development projects Hypercom is undertaking with the 22 public or large in-house transaction processors in the United States.
She has eight years' experience in the point of sale industry, including posts with Buypass Corp., National Data Corp., Deluxe Data Systems Inc., and International Verifact Inc.
Tracy Van Kirk joined Hypercom as industry director for multilane products. His responsibilities include development and successful launching of the Quix product line recently announced as a cooperative venture between Hypercom and MagTek.
Mr. Van Kirk has spent most of the past 14 years in software and systems engineering, as well as major account support. He previously worked at International Verifact and First Data.
