A major European banking company has agreed to use Innovative Card Technologies Inc.'s security cards, which feature a two-factor authentication token.
InCard in Los Angeles said Monday that the European card maker Card Technology Group had placed the order for its ICT Display Card product on behalf of the financial company, which it would not name.
The cards will bear the bank clients' brand name, and the client plans to test the cards for authenticating users when they seek access to an online banking site.
Steven R. Delcarson, InCard's president and chief executive, said in a press release that "financial institutions around the globe are showing strong interest in our user-friendly ICT Display Card."
