IMM Updates E-Signature, E-Document Software for Banks

IMM announced Monday enhancements to its electronic document presentment and electronic signature platform called TotaleAtlas.

The Linden, N.J. company says 600 banks and credit unions use its electronic signature, workflow and document tools.

TotaleAtlas integrates into a financial institution's core business applications to create documents and forms required for business transactions. The addition of new workflow functionality and transaction flow for IMM's cloud-based electronic signature service, Document Exchange, were among the additions made in the latest release.

The product also now comes with support for Windows 8 and is compatible with Internet Explorer 10, enhancements that the vendor said will allow for broader use of tablet devices at branches.
