MINNEAPOLIS Participants in American Express Retirement Services 401(k) plan can now view and download their quarterly statements online.
The feature, unveiled last Tuesday, is available through the American Express Retirement and Workplace Services Web site.
Participants will still get quarterly statements in the mail, the company said.
American Express Retirement Services has $32.7 billion of defined contribution and 401(k) plan assets.
The Cleveland-based bank is projecting steady growth in net interest income even as credit losses remain manageable. But Chairman and CEO Chris Gorman also said that he thinks a recession is likely.
