Bank of America Corp. said Thursday that it had hired a Fidelity Investments executive, Regina Sullivan, to be the compliance executive for its global wealth and investment management unit.
The Charlotte banking company said Ms. Sullivan was the head of product research and implementation and nonstandard oversight at Fidelity Investments, where she had worked since 1994. She is to be based in Boston and report to Charles Bowman, who is Bank of America's principal compliance executive.
