The company said Thursday that it has hired Pierre Maliczak, Fitzroy Thomas, and Eymour Boutia for its structured products desk. They report to Jamie Miller, the European head of structured products.

Mr. Boutia comes from Credit Agricole Indosuez and J.P. Morgan, where he specialized in emerging markets structuring and trading.

Mr. Andreasen, who holds a doctorate in mathematical finance, comes from General Re Financial Products, where he was a vice president in quantitative research.
