Baron Advisors LLC said Wednesday that it sold a minority stake in its private alternative asset management affiliate, Landmark Investors LLC, to Arrow Partners, the family office of Barry Diller and the von Furstenberg family.

Founded in 1998, Baron Advisors is a private investment banking firm in New York. Its asset management affiliate is Landmark Investors LLC.
