CLEVELAND - Charter One Financial Inc. opened three branches in and around Syracuse, N.Y., bringing its total in the area to four, the company said Monday. The branches offer mortgages, home equity loans, checking accounts, and business banking services, including free business checking, term loans, lines of credit, commercial mortgages, and credit card and payroll processing.
Charter One has $33 billion of assets.
