BOSTON - PrimeStreet Corp., a company that runs online loan auctions on behalf of small businesses, has formed an alliance with Bizzed.com, the small-business Internet portal created by Citigroup's e-Citi unit last year.
Small businesses that use Bizzed.com will be able to use PrimeStreet's online open finance market to shop and apply for loans. PrimeStreet's loan auction model ensures anonymity and offers small businesses access to lines of credit, term loans, and business credit cards.
Bizzed.com offers electronic commerce services, payroll and electronic banking, postal services, financial services like insurance and retirement plans, marketing and advertising support, travel logistics, and a range of other services at business discounts.
