PHILADELPHIA, Miss. - Citizens Bank of Philadelphia, a unit of Citizens Holding Co., said it has agreed to buy two Forest and Decatur County branches of Union Planters Bank of Memphis for an undisclosed sum.
The deal is to close in the second quarter.
The branches would add $32 million of assets to $381 million-asset Citizens Bank, which has 14 branches in east-central Mississippi.
