The new one is the $2.9 billion-asset VyStar Credit Union of Jacksonville, Fla., whose five-year contract is among Digital Insight's largest. VyStar, founded as Jax Navy Federal Credit Union at the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, has over 329,000 customers, including 110,000 online banking customers.

It plans to use the vendor's consumer Internet banking software and Funds Transfer with Aggregation.

The expanded contracts, also announced Thursday, are with Digital Federal Credit Union of Marlborough, Mass., and ESL Federal Credit Union of Rochester, N.Y. Each has agreed to keep using Digital Insight's Internet banking software for several years more - Digital Federal through 2008, ESL Federal through 2010.

In addition, Digital Federal will use Digital Insight's growth-and-retention product, and ESL Federal will use its electronic bill presentment and payment technology and Web Connect. Web Connect enables users to download banking information into financial management software such as Microsoft Corp.'s Money and Intuit Inc.'s Quicken.
