NAPA, Calif. - eOne Global LP, an Internet payment services firm 75% owned by First Data Corp., has hired Raj Kushwaha as its managing director and chief technology officer.
Mr. Kushwaha oversaw electronic commerce technology at Dell Online.
At eOne Global, he will be in charge of identifying emerging payment technologies and companies in the business-to-business, business-to-consumer, person-to-person, and business-to-government markets, and integrating them into a global payments platform.
eOne Global was formed in October through an alliance between First Data and iFormation Group, itself a partnership of Goldman Sachs Group, Boston Consulting Group, and General Atlantic Partners.
Mr. Kushwaha's experience is "invaluable as eONE Global continues to expand its services and assess new payment technology opportunities," said Garen Staglin, president and chief executive officer of eONE Global.
