Foundation Source, a provider of support services to private foundations, said Wednesday that it had hired Brent Winans to be managing director for the Southeast.

From a base in Palm Beach, Fla., Mr. Winans is responsible for building and managing the company's client base throughout the region. He works with regional trust companies, estate planning attorneys, tax advisers, private wealth managers, foundations, and affluent investors.
Before joining Foundation Source, Mr. Winans was the director of development at Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin counties.
