Genworth Financial's retirement services group has announced the hiring of David Reynolds to be a regional vice president and wholesaler.

Mr. Reynolds, an experienced insurance and investment products marketer, is to cover eastern Massachusetts, including Boston, and Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine, the company said Monday.

He was a financial consultant at Citizens Investment Services Group in Providence, R.I. Previously, he was a regional vice president and annuity specialist at MFS Sun Financial.

Genworth Financial Inc. in Richmond, Va., is an insurance holding company serving the lifestyle protection, retirement income, investment, and mortgage insurance needs of more than 15 million customers.
