MALVERN, Pa. - Sanchez Computer Associates said on Thursday that GMAC Residential Holding Corp. is forming an Internet bank, GMAC Bank, which will use Sanchez's e-Profile outsourcing service.
In addition, GMAC Residential has made a $3 million equity investment in e-Profile, a Sanchez subsidiary, giving it a minority ownership stake in the unit.
