ING Group NV, a global financial services company based in Amsterdam, said Monday that it had more than doubled its roster of transition counselors to serve retiring baby boomers and a younger generation that has a tendency to switch jobs more often.
Transition counseling is a service provided to employers who choose ING's U.S. arm as their retirement services provider, the company said. When an employee decides to retire or leave a job, these counselors help answer questions and give guidance regarding retirement savings.
