Carlos Coello and John Mohs of AIG and Josh Bewlay, a former managing director in Marsh's Global Broking unit, entered their pleas before New York State Supreme Court Judge James Yates.

Mr. Coello is an underwriter in an AIG liability insurance unit at AIG, and Mr. Mohs works as an assistant vice president in the same unit, their lawyers said.

Mr. Spitzer, who is investigating kickbacks and insurer-broker collusion, has charged six other executives at Marsh, AIG, Ace Ltd., and Zurich Financial Services AG since he sued Marsh on Oct. 14.

Marsh, the world's largest insurance broker, has ousted its chief executive and agreed last month to pay settlement restitution of $850 million.
