RESTON, Va. InteliData Technologies Corp. announced that it has agreed with Spectrum LLC to connect banks to the Spectrum electronic bill presentment and payment network in Union, N.J.
Bank-owned Spectrum will enable InteliData to certify its InteliWorks Server, which helps banks collect and warehouse bills from multiple billers and biller service providers, then warehouse and route the payments for its users, the companies said Monday.
The top five banks and thrifts have combined total assets of nearly $13 trillion.
Many legal experts think the Supreme Court will rule in favor of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in a case challenging its funding. Such a ruling would unleash a flurry of litigation that has been on hold pending the outcome of the constitutional challenge.
