In Brief: J.P. Morgan Issues $300M In 10-Year Noncallable Notes

NEW YORK - J.P. Morgan & Co. recently issued $300 million in 10-year subordinated notes.

The issue was priced at 6.25 at 99.735 to yield 6.286%.

The noncallable notes were priced at a spread of 56 basis points over Treasuries.

The issue was led by J.P. Morgan Securities Inc.
