Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. has announced the introduction of a comprehensive disability income insurance offering.

The product enables MassMutual to offer qualifying executives a benefit of up to $50,000 per month, the company said on Thursday. It is designed for business executives and professionals such as attorneys, certified public accountants, and engineers.
MassMutual, which is based in Springfield, Mass., had more than 13 million clients and $395 billion of assets under management at Dec. 31.
