NEW YORK - MortgageIT.com Inc. has formed a partnership with OnePipeline Inc. to offer mortgage products to real estate and mortgage professionals using OnePipeline's service.
In the deal, announced Wednesday, MortgageIT.com, a direct lender, is to be the preferred provider for professionals who sign up directly with OnePipeline, a Salt Lake City-based company that supplies technology for third-party loan origination compliance.
Loan originators who use OnePipeline will be able to offer MortgageIT.com loans directly to their clients, and MortgageIT's business partners will have access to OnePipeline technology.
OnePipeline helps mortgage brokers and real estate professionals who want to originate loans comply with laws such as the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act.
