GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. Old Kent Bank and Office Depot have formed a partnership to increase their presence among small businesses in Michigan and Indiana, the bank said Thursday.
Customers who open a small-business account with the unit of $22.5 billion-asset Old Kent Financial Corp. will receive a $50 Office Depot money card.
Office Depot will advertise the offer in 28 Michigan and Indiana stores. Nearly all of Old Kents 300 banking centers will have merchandising to promote the offer. Banking center managers will work with retail store managers to implement the plan.
Office Depot has 863 stores throughout the United States and Canada.
