Online Resources Corp. of Chantilly, Va., agreed to incorporate customer analytic software from Intelligent Results Inc. of Bellevue, Wash., into its customer management and collection product.

Incorporating Intelligent Results' Strategy Manager software into Virtual Collection Agent, an online tool used to establish payment programs with delinquent customers, will give financial clients better control over segmenting debt portfolios, Online Resources said Monday.
Robert R. Craig, the general manager of Online Resources' e-commerce services unit, said that combining the products would "enable our clients to further customize their Internet channel and maximize their collections efforts."
