FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif. - The group insurance division of Pacific Life and Annuity Co. has promoted Michael P. Fenton to vice president of group finance.
Mr. Fenton will be responsible for all corporate actuarial and financial control functions. Since 1991 he has been second vice president, responsible for corporate financial control.
Mr. Fenton joined the company in 1987 in its managed-care organization. He came from FHP Healthcare, where he was assistant vice president of finance.
