PFPC Worldwide Inc., a unit of PNC Financial Services Group Inc., appointed Stephen M. Wynne president on Wednesday.

Mr. Wynne has worked 25 years at PFPC, most recently as an executive vice president and the chief operating officer of PFPC Worldwide. In the latter role, he oversaw management of the client advocacy office and directed securities services provided by PFPC, including fund accounting and administration, custody, and global alternative investment services. He was also responsible for the sales division.

PFPC is a leading provider of processing, technology, and business solutions to the global investment industry.
