PFPC Inc. announced Tuesday the consolidation of its U.S. and international alternative investment groups under a management structure headed by Joan Kehoe, the president of PFPC International Ltd.
In her new role, Ms. Kehoe is to report to PFPC Worldwide Inc. president Stephen M. Wynne. The realignment of services is designed to enhance PFPC's offering of coordinated global services. Ms. Kehoe currently oversees all accounting, administrative, and shareholder services for PFPC clients outside the United States.
PFPC services $45 billion of alternative investment assets worldwide, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and other complex alternative investment vehicles. It is a subsidiary of PNC Financial Services Group Inc. of Pittsburgh.
