NEW YORK Heidi G. Miller, the former chief financial officer of Citigroup Inc. who left the banking company for Priceline.com, has rejoined the offline world with a new post at Marsh Inc.
Marsh, the insurance broker owned by Marsh & McLennan Cos., provides risk management, consulting, and insurance brokering services to clients of all sizes in 100 countries.
Ms. Miller, 47, was named vice chairman of Marsh, effective Monday. She will be responsible for Marshs strategy, administration, communications, e-commerce, finance, human resources, and technology. She will report to John T. Sinnott, Marshs chairman and chief executive officer.
Early last year Ms. Miller left Citigroup to become chief financial officer and senior executive vice president of Priceline.com, of Norwalk, Conn. She left that post in the third quarter.
