WASHINGTON Riggs Bank has hired Terrie G. Spiro as an executive vice president and the head of relationship banking, a newly created post in its wealth management area.
She will expand relationship banking efforts with businesses, associations, and not-for-profit organizations in the Washington area, Riggs said. The hire was announced July 10.
