SAN DIEGO - Security First Network Bank of Atlanta has installed Capstone Express software from HNC Financial Solutions, a division of HNC Software Inc. of San Diego, to automate decisions on online credit applications.
Security First customers can use the software to get instant decisions on credit cards, consumer loans, auto loans, lines of credit, business loans, and mortgages.
Pat Reily, the bank's vice president of marketing, said it chose Capstone Express because it allowed Security First to use a single system for all of its application decisions.
Capstone Express can interface with a variety of delivery channels, such as the Web, interactive voice response, direct line, and Palm PDA devices.
