MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. - Remit.com has launched software that lets users of wireless devices send money to anyone with an e-mail address.
The devices could include wireless organizers, cell phones, or pagers, but they must work on the Wireless Application Protocol.
Banks can license Remit.com's payment processing software to make the capability available to their customers.
