ATLANTA SunTrust Banks Inc. has signed an agreement to use IntraLinks Inc.s digital workspaces.
New York-based IntraLinks will enable SunTrust to collaborate with clients, legal advisers, and investors on complex capital markets transactions in secure, neutral, online environments. It says its system helps clients reduce administrative costs and accelerate deal-to-market time.
Four-year-old IntraLinks has similar arrangements with organizations including Bank of America, Chase Manhattan Bank, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., ING Barings, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and Prudential Insurance.
