VANCOUVER - Prologic Corp., a provider of client/server-based core banking software, has appointed a Visa executive, Paul Vessey, to its board of directors.
Mr. Vessey is chief operating officer and executive vice president of emerging technology at Visa U.S.A. His previous employers have included Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, where he was senior executive vice president of card products, and American Express Canada, where he was vice president and general manager of consumer financial services.
Mr. Vessey is also on Equifax Inc.'s advisory board and is a director of the Toronto Film Festival. He was chairman of Visa Canada Association and vice chairman of Visa International.
