Wilmington Trust, a global provider of financial services to corporations, said Thursday that it had expanded its administrative capabilities for structured finance transactions.
The expansion lets companies use one provider for administrative duties. Many issuers of structured finance transactions now must perform administrative functions themselves or outsource them. The move is part of Wilmington Trust's strategy to deliver a range of services to meet the needs of large corporate clients.
Wilmington Trust's expanded administrative services include the preparation and delivery of notices and issuer orders, the preparation and delivery of compliance certificates, and the maintenance of financial statements.
