Zurich Financial Services has announced the promotion of Bill Casey to be the senior vice president of regional management in its North American commercial marketing operations.

In this newly created post in Schaumburg, Ill., Mr. Casey is to coordinate Zurich’s regional marketing and distribution efforts in North America, the company said on Feb. 15.
Seven regional marketing and regional management executives report to Mr. Casey in his new role. He most recently was the regional vice president responsible for marketing and business development in New York, New Jersey, and New England.
Before joining Zurich, Mr. Casey worked at Allied Coverage Corp. as a vice president of the environmental, wrap-up, and risk engineering divisions.
